Great learning experience with some of the smartest people I have ever met. The OTE needs to be higher for the L5 role. You make your Comp increases by leveling up, not necessarily the title of the role.

Poor culture that requires relentless effort on a daily basis to achieve KPIs. Great technology and brilliant people but very much a high stress, high reward environment.
