Love the long-term thinking, customer obsession, and collegial atmosphere. The opposite of a pressure cooker, looking to deliver meaningful results for our accounts. And we're incented to do so. Lots of respect for work life balanace too.

great company to work for and a great stepping stone. the once gravy train has definitely slowed down. Amazing run rate business so not as stressful as most people tend to hit or come close to plan.

Pretty mismanaged overall, moving targets, and little communication on changes within the org. Direct manager was solid, but too many decisions being made at higher levels affecting day to day and customer programs to keep up with leading to a lot of negative outcomes.
