Current Employee3.0Sep 15, 2024Positive but a non-existent sales culture. Consumption based sales role
Former Employee3.7Dec 5, 2023Great brand and product. Adhere to the corporate culture or you're gone. If you do well, you're treated well.

Current Employee3.3Sep 16, 2023Culture has taken a nosedive in the last 6-12 months. Used to be the best job I’ve had, now it’s pretty grim and miserable. Leadership needs to learn how to deal with the ups and downs of sales. Been great for several years but this economy is bringing people in at 70-90% attainment and leadership acts like it’s 10%……very poorly managed in the large segments.

Current Employee3.3Feb 22, 2024Management seems to be clamping down on expenses and Sales commissions are a target. It used to be easy to make $350k here, now you need a higher degree of luck. They keep making the comp plan worse. Customers like AWS and it’s an enjoyable position to occupy as the AM. But the company’s E-Commerce culture is taking over (frugality, not valuing employees) YMMM
