Amazon is pushing hard for employees to go back to the office, which has created a lot of uncertainty and decrease my level of satisfaction working for this company

Current Employee4.6Aug 24, 2023Enterprise segment accounts can be hit or miss. Large contracts (10M+) and spifs makeup for the comp gap. Internal promotion is very difficult and tedious - you need to come in as an L6 to have portability internally.
