It was a good first job out of college with high earnings for my YOE, but very little incentive to sell as commission structure is poor. My new role you can easily 3x your base salary, when at Amazon I would get 25% of my base in additional commissions.

Very strong offer incentive structure for your first two years. Quotas are HIGH and not many are hitting them.
