Overall, its a great place to learn with a world class product. Amazon is not for everyone but if you enjoy a fast pace, ambiguity, and thrive in change you'll do well here.

The opportunity to learn is definitely there but leadership is very all over the place from a goals standpoint. They have made it very evident that AE’s are replaceable. Managers are great but overall the role leaves a lot to be desired.

Earlier sales reps were able to make more variable compensation but now quotas are so high with YOY growth, hitting accelerators is not common
