Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience was average. It does have its good and bad as does every company. Pain points were that you are only a number in amazon. And there is no sense of protection, sure your work is valued but not valued enough to even think about giving you a pay raise. If you don't care about incentives or commissions amazon is good for those who are wanting to stay with the company 10+ years.
