My overall experience was average. It does have its good and bad as does every company. Pain points were that you are only a number in amazon. And there is no sense of protection, sure your work is valued but not valued enough to even think about giving you a pay raise. If you don't care about incentives or commissions amazon is good for those who are wanting to stay with the company 10+ years.

Majority of my pay is based on RSUs which is why my base is so low. Our team does not make commission so the only way we can increase our compensation is by getting promoted to a higher level which results in a higher base and more stocks.
