Base salary is awesome and first/second line managers are amazing! Executive leadership is leaving, recently acquired by a PE firm is trying to even out the books, but Cloud is a mystery.

Toxicity in management at its finest: bullying, retaliation, harassment, threats, insane pressure with disguised pip even when you perform and hit quotas to push you to leave. mid-managers are over-protected even when everyone is aware of the situation. Can't count the number of people who left the team in one year a lot of politics, very poor line of mid-management...Read More
