Good place to start and entry level role in sales. Still questionable about upward mobility and internal promotion. Good base pay, decent culture, and healthy compensation plan. It’ll be interesting to see how leadership and vision for the company changes, if at all, to tackle the challenges they faced in 2023. Overall, good company to work for.

Overall experience is good. Lower base comp but great commission potential. Leadership and culture middle of the road. Hopefully good things coming with new PE acquisition

The company has gone downhill since PE took over. Customers are not renewing like they used to, dev and support was shipped offshore.
