My overall experience was good, people are wonderful. Solution can be viewed as nice to have or not mission critical making it difficult to sell in this economy unless you have built up strong relationships over time.

Great culture, but the leadership did not have a clear understanding of their market needs or a strategic plan of execution for the sales segment. This ultimately lead to layoffs of over 400 very talented people.

Great culture but volatile comp plan. As an SDR hitting your goal should be attainable with a reasonable amount of work if it is sub 100k/year. On half it is the second half it is not. Do I need to go get a second job?
