The culture is not great, a bit of "white boys club", the market fit is not great and it is hard to sell the solution while the average size of the deal is low. Top perfomers will earn very well, however there is a high rate of staff turnover in new joiners and recent hiring means fewer accounts to go around. Product market fit is good for public equity/HFs, but less strong for private equity, banks, especially in EMEA.
