My overall experience is average at AS. The culture is not great, a bit of "white boys club", the market fit is not great and it is hard to sell the solution while the average size of the deal is low. In the meantime, there is a high turnaround of people and ELT blaming AEs when something is not working. Sales driven org and not much attention to the product development and engineer roles

Incredible company, the best people I have ever worked with, I look forward going to work every day. The product is constantly improving and has an incredible use case for customers. Great career trajectory with a lot of internal promotions.
