Very successful company, with attractive base and OTE. Top perfomers will earn very well, however there is a high rate of staff turnover in new joiners and recent hiring means fewer accounts to go around. Product market fit is good for public equity/HFs, but less strong for private equity, banks, especially in EMEA.

Strong Product that is getting better. Variable compensation plan for AMs getting worse. Strong leadership from the president and CRO but mixed on corporate sales leadership.
