Great company but outdated processes. Relatively high amount of people hitting quota.

Most competitive comp plan in the industry. Leadership has strong vision, enablement and execution of vision is clear priority, strong product and large ICP + TAM. Org is definitely still maturing and brand awareness in the states is a work in process. People there are fantastic to work with.
