You learn real quick, once you're assigned your accounts, that the amount of SalesForce "ghosts" (people who had the accounts before you, who are no longer active) does not align with the age of the company.
Someone leaves somewhere in the Sales department at least once a week, and it is not a large department. Which has lead to this chaotic machine where no one has any idea what they are doing because everyone is new. Numbers are so heavily pushed that no one has time to clean up the data in the accounts, meaning a lot of it is inaccurate. Shockingly, no one hits their quota.
The culture operates on fear -- the fear that you are next -- to get people to work long hours, to work unpaid overtime. The benefits aren't even good.
Everyone is running around like a chicken with their head cut off, trying to outrun the axe above their head. Browse Other Reviews
