Overall the experience has been good just the market is tough and you need to hope you have a great patch as there are limitations. Benefits are great with private health and maternity leave. But no real career progression. Some people are in the role for 3 to 5 years before being promoted.

Excellent benefits, lots of diverse company activities, many restructures (new role and leadership) experienced 6 in 5 years. Document Cloud pushes for innovation but tends to be transactional.

Overall experience - Digital Media Enterprise BU: Poor diversity and inclusion; Very weak on people leadership; Strong market hold, but getting more competitive which will be concern longer term; Strong overall company Exec Leadership from CEO to his EVP's plus highly respected; Overall solid brand recognition; Respectable benefits and compensation.
