I loved my time at Adobe, but they generally under pay sales reps. If you leave, get a pay bump, and "boomerang" back you should get a pay increase, if you can get on board. I felt victimized by the corporate D&I policy, as I am a white male and not given as many opportunities as female/minority/LGBT folks.

Part of a business unit that has its sales teams all based out of India for all the roles. Sell in USD, earn in INR, Adobe is making 75%+ margins from our BU.
