I loved my time at Adobe, but they generally under pay sales reps. If you leave, get a pay bump, and "boomerang" back you should get a pay increase, if you can get on board. I felt victimized by the corporate D&I policy, as I am a white male and not given as many opportunities as female/minority/LGBT folks.

It’s a great company to work for. Layoffs are rare (I haven’t seen any in 3 years) and employees usually get a chance to take a new role. There are a lot of people that leave and come back.
