Former Employee3.6Dec 6, 2023Adobe as a company is incredible. Amazing overall leadership, very intentional DEI initiatives, product, broad culture, etc. Inside sales is tough. No clear direction - changes every year, semi-toxic/cliquey culture, VERY difficult to get out of the BDR role - expect at least 2 years here. Worth it for the brand recognition and enormous potential to move internally...Read More
