It 100000% depends on the specific team, product, leadership, etc. of the team you are joining. be WEARY. I was lied to about a bunch of things during the interview process. Current Employee3.7May 21, 2024Overall the experience has been good just the market is tough and you need to hope you have a great patch as there are limitations. Benefits are great with private health and maternity leave. But no real career progression. Some people are in the role for 3 to 5 years before being promoted.
