Additionally, the compensation metrics are extremely convoluted and have limited transparency. Diversity is lacking, with few opportunities for career growth for African-Americans and women.

Former Employee3.6Jan 19, 2024I loved my time at Adobe. I was able to succeed as ADM/BDR and moved all the way to Enterprise AE, which is a rare feat within the org. Great product as a standalone, not a great fit though. Our customers were not really biting at the content management product suite. Quotas increased, territory shrunk, so I looked elsewhere.
