Your success is completely dependent on where you sit in the Org. and what your territory looks like. Certain products thrive, others don't. This all adds up to expected compensation that is all over the place. Change is constant so be agile.

It has definitely been more difficult to hit quota, where in the past, it was definitely attainable. They have been changing some of the "Rules" and incentives, but it is making quota harder to hit.
