Generally a good company to work at, but you are capped in your earning ability. You get 12 - 18 months to figure things out in your role. Not everyone has the same level of support from the broader ecosystem so you need to be able to get s*** done on your own. I have enjoyed the people that I've worked with, but internal red tap can some times make internal selling a lot more work.

Adobe constantly changes things to make it hard for sellers to hit their numbers (ON PURPOSE!). I would be VERY careful if joining. It 100000% depends on the specific team, product, leadership, etc. of the team you are joining. be WEARY. I was lied to about a bunch of things during the interview process. Ask for PROOF, and I would also find people that recently left...Read More

Overall, I had great training and support from the managers and those I worked with. For the Bay Area, the starting salary is hard to live on.
