I enjoy working at Adobe. The team is highly experienced, which is a major plus. However, the downside is that processes can be quite slow and bureaucratic.

My experience has been up and down. One thing constant with Adobe is change, my account book has changed every year which makes it hard to build strong customer relationships. Adobe is very middle management heavy and often times Director and VP level management are very disconnected from the actual job itself.
