What does a typical sales cycle look like at Adobe and what sales tools are sellers equipped with?

Varies based on product solution and customer segment. In Enterprise the sales cycles are over 6 months, 1 year sales cycles are frequent.

Sales cycles can differ greatly depending on what solution you get to sale. There’s also quite significant differences between digital marketing solutions and creative products. 
Then large corporate deals would require a very significant amount of work between cross-functional teams.

Enterprise Sales Cycle is slightly different across Digital Experience (DX) and Digital Media (DME). But, typical selling cycle is greater than 6 months to 12 months+ for large deals across both DX and DME. DME could have a 90-day or less cycle based on the type of deal if not strategic in nature and more transaction. Also, DX large strategic pursuit deals can take at least 12 months+. As for Rhythm of the Business (ROB) to manage through this both organizations do run a weekly ROB process using Clari as front end to Sales Force. Plus, incorporated into weekly are "Big Deal" reviews for deals in the pipeline critical to the quarter and month as determined by each business unit leaders.

Sales cycle depends on what you are selling. Digital Media is typically faster because of the monopolization of the digital media industry, there’s really no competition. On the flip-side, DX is highly competitive and costs more, so sales take longer.
