Overall experience has been good, have autonomy to perform as I need to be successful. Quotas are attainable, but overall comp feels much lower than market average. Also, owned by PE so growth of the company and for an IC is not there anymore, when it comes to equity and having a stake in the performance of the company.

Worst product strategy, all acquisition didn't integrate with the Drupal CMS. The CDP didn't host the data in UK/EU and most processing happened in US as well. Not a good place to be as a new business seller.
