My compensation is higher than most since I came in with a different leadership team. The most recent higher have come at a much lower comp range.

Things have dramatically changed over the last 6+ months since we went private (owned by PE). Too much distractions with laid offs and re-organization. PE is focus on taking cost out of the business but no intention of investing in the company. Leadership doesn't seem to be the ones calling the shots.
