The company seems to be lost lately. Leadership seems to be moving the goal posts and making decisions in a vacuum. The company culture of lets all be successful together is completely lost and the finger pointing and blame game has taken over

Things have dramatically changed over the last 6+ months since we went private (owned by PE). Too much distractions with laid offs and re-organization. PE is focus on taking cost out of the business but no intention of investing in the company. Leadership doesn't seem to be the ones calling the shots.
