Small company trying to act big. Poor internal processes and internal support. No inbound lead structure via SDR’s & marketing. Long sales cycle on deals. Lots of account realignments. Big upside IF you can keep your accounts.

Things have dramatically changed over the last 6+ months since we went private (owned by PE). Too much distractions with laid offs and re-organization. PE is focus on taking cost out of the business but no intention of investing in the company. Leadership doesn't seem to be the ones calling the shots.
