I was a union sales rep at AT&T in retail store. THe base compensation started at 18 an hr in SoCal in 2020 with fluency in a second language. Raise every 6 months until the cap of 20.25 (As of 2022). Overall decent compensation for retail environment.

The people in my office were very nice including my manager. No micromanagement at all, but that’s only because there was virtually no management help at all. The only other good thing about this place is that no matter how bad you are they don’t fire you until it’s been 6 months.
