While the money and benefits are amazing, direction from leadership at all levels can be confusing and often times changes are too quick and sporadic and usually for the worse.

Horrible financial decisions from leadership and internal politics plagues profitability/progress. DEI forces sales managers to not fire minorities even if actions/performance warrants a reduction.
