Overall it’s a good organization. With any that size there are good managers and bad. They don’t attract great talent because the entry level base pay is so low and the benefit plans are expensive. It’s a good place to start out because they’ll hire anyone.

Good place to start a sales career. Lower base salaries, but a lot of people hired here are fresh out of school trying to fet some experience.
