Great training, diversity, and culture. High energy and motivated leadership, I’ve never personally had a bad experience with my manager. Lead flow is through referrals from partners and some self gen if referrals are not enough. You cannot be lazy to succeed here- very high volume w partner interactions and transactions.

Territories can be very over saturated with multiple ADP reps calling the same accounts multiple times a week.
