At least in my former market, Management tends to favor reps they like the most. I had zero support from my SE. ADP obviously has a great product and vast resources, in that sense, it truly feels like you're playing for the winning team, all of the competitors basically follow what ADP is doing.

ADP is a great company, they provide their employees with a lot of support and development. However there is far too much internal competition.

ADP is a great place to get started in your sales career and has the opportunity to grow within the company with multiple career paths. The pay is below average in my opinion and there are many issues during implementation of new clients that can negatively impact your sales numbers even when you have no control of what happens during implementation.
