Huge company, with many different teams and opportunities. In coming years the mid-market divisions will struggle to compete with the new and disruptive companies that are leading with innovation. Company culture hasn't changed since the 90s and that is reflected in the salaries too.

SMB AE, is very very intense. Depending on how you get hired, you work to farm referrals from CPA or Banks. It’s a GREAT first job, and you learn a lot. The upside is if you’re a top performer (hitting club) you’re making probably making $150k

Great entry level sales role to teach you how to hustle. But after 2 years definitely a burn out culture and not sustainable long term. Management and leadership is pretty toxic.
