I was excited for the role, however besides the basic training, I did not receive additional support. Now, you're supposed to figure out sometimes on your own, but there was no leadership too. At the end, I got it more but I couldn't see myself there for long.

Current Employee4.4Oct 3, 2024Great job right out of college. Fantastic training and management varies by team but have had great experience so far. Wish the base pay was higher but opportunity is there to make decent commission.
