The SLT team is clueless and thinks pizza parties are motivators instead of raises. They provide a 3% raise when they feel like it, Its no wonder people depart for other payroll companies that pay way more.

They will tell you what coprporate thinks u should hear, not necessarily what real rep thinks u should hear.
