ADP was great to me and is a great company to work for, especially if you are just starting your sales career. The base compensation was a bit rough, but the path to make good money is there, although you are going to have to go find it. If I could leave you with 1 tip to be successful at ADP, it would be to nurture your relationships with partners (both internal and external). That is going to be your most likely path to success.

AVOID! 80% of business is referred, all good producing referral channels are given to tenured reps so not good distribution of opportunity, product is good but it's a lot of work to switch. Everyone you speak to will have been dialed into oblivion by other ADP reps so you just get yelled at 24/7 when prospecting. If you've done sales before, find a job elsewhere. One...Read More
