Fun environment and culture, prospecting heavy role with no inbound leads from marketing, COI’s refer but takes awhile to build it up, a lot of micro management and focus on prospecting activity, high turnover with reps, potential to grow and make decent money but they work you to the bone.

ADP was a great company to start at for my sales career. The training was great, opportunity was abundant but the pay could definitely be better

Too much internal competition with other business units. Inter departmental partnerships are not aligned accross the board. Very Silod. Partners are incentivezed to not partner to keep comission. Everyone stepping on everyones toes.

Base salary is low because of the high turnover. But what they don’t tell you is that the turnover is high not because the job sucks, but mostly because you get super high offers from other sales jobs that double your earnings just because you worked at ADP (known for the amazing sales training).
