Overall it’s a good organization. With any that size there are good managers and bad. They don’t attract great talent because the entry level base pay is so low and the benefit plans are expensive. It’s a good place to start out because they’ll hire anyone.

The company is great from my perspective. The base pay is low for entry-level hires, but the company is great. The training is world class. The product is market leading.
