As they have ventured to new products they have swung and missed with the CE tool as well as competing with ZI it is getting better but released these products far too early

Huge bias to legacy sellers who have been there since the beginning. New sellers find it hard to fit in with the crowd. The same rules don’t apply. Legacy & tenured reps have different rules to the newer reps.
