There's no culture and they way overhired. Only sticking it out because the grass doesn't seem greener.

The product is good but not as superior to the competition as leadership thinks. Quota is unobtainable, unless you have a top territory, which only a few reps do.

As they have ventured to new products they have swung and missed with the CE tool as well as competing with ZI it is getting better but released these products far too early
