my overall experience was they promote based off of favoritism, not quota attainment. the partnerships leader is conniving and passively sabotages your chances at succeeding at your job by sneakily doing things like not sending you a deck and then putting you on a call where he's referencing the deck the whole time or having everyone in a room introduce themselves and then when it gets to you changing activities and pretending like nothing happened.
