Likes many orgs right now very few people are hitting quota at 6sense. In general the product is strong but it's getting more competitive and the territories are shrinking. Rewarding if you can stick it out and/or are one of the lucky ones.

Great company dealing with the overall macroeconomic environment that is impacting all of tech. They hire great people, they will lose a lot of great people due to the economy. Product is clearly the leader.
