Management was amazing, let you do your thing as long as you're hitting target. Base comp was terrible, however the product sells easily so your earning potential is quite high. If you hit quota, or exceed it, they just raise your quota the next year and don't provide you with a salary raise or bonus. This made it more difficult to hit/exceed quota to gain accelerators.

Not great. They tried to penetrate the mortgage industry at a time when rates were skyrocketing.

Work off new business only and have never had a team of trained SDRs, outbound marketing/lead generation for my segment is a non-factor + never supported by case studies, marketing materials for demos/follow-up. All leading to challenges in supporting why our product is superior and worth the investment. Makes new sales really difficult as an AE.
