CEO is positive, entrepreneurial and high energy, loves sales. Doesn't necessarily understand what it takes to sell, the process. There is no long term business plan, everything is last minute, systems are not great. Tons of internal deal impeders.

Work off new business only and have never had a team of trained SDRs, outbound marketing/lead generation for my segment is a non-factor + never supported by case studies, marketing materials for demos/follow-up. All leading to challenges in supporting why our product is superior and worth the investment. Makes new sales really difficult as an AE.

Management was amazing, let you do your thing as long as you're hitting target. Base comp was terrible, however the product sells easily so your earning potential is quite high.
