Leadership is so detached. Company went through 5 rounds of layoffs in the last 14 months. Top performers have had their pay cut significantly. Top talent continues to exit, leaving everyone scrambling to fill the gap. Even saw top performers let go with no notice, no rhyme or reason. Too many changes and too many leaders jumping ship. Culture appears to have jumped ship early on. Ownership from parent company could not be more disconnected. Not sure if they see the value in this division or they are keeping it as an experiment!
