Low achievement, punitive incentive compensation model, and is going all in on trying to make enterprise "work". Leadership is disconnected from what the customers care about and how they buy. Middle management micromanages like nothing I've seen; inbound leads are put in a round-robin and only given to the most tenured reps. True insiders and outsiders environment
