Workato is a very product led organization rather than sales led. It is very hard to sell this product and get access to the things you need to be successful in this role. The product market fit is great, but there is a lot more work that needs to be done.

Low achievement, punitive incentive compensation model, and is going all in on trying to make enterprise "work". Leadership is disconnected from what the customers care about and how they buy. This was a good place to work while inbound was plenty but things turned poorly when they over expanded rep headcount while demand was plummeting after marketing spend...Read More
