Little to No inbound lead flow...it dried up with a big weight put on top of the sales org to make up for the disappearance of inbound demand. Marketing org cut, but sales expected to make up the difference.

Low achievement, punitive incentive compensation model, and is going all in on trying to make enterprise "work". Leadership is disconnected from what the customers care about and how they buy. Overall ok. Leadership has heart in the right place but middle management sucks . Become very political and disjointed . Serious growing pains. Growth slowing down . Crowded market

Terrible changes to the comp plan in 2024. used to get 100% of your commission up front. now you get 75%. new pricing model, optimizing towards reducing churn, and outbound is nonexistent here -- both by AEs and SDRs
