My experience at Typeface has been disappointing, and I’d caution future sales reps to think twice before pursuing a role here. While the product is innovative, the sales organization is disorganized, and leadership lacks the competence to build a supportive environment for success. Processes are underdeveloped, and there’s little to no guidance for ramping effectively. Unrealistic expectations are set, and they won’t hesitate to place you on a PIP during your ramp period, regardless of the challenges stemming from their own lack of structure or direction. If you’re looking for stability, support, and competent leadership, this isn’t the place for you.
